LBS Connect helps our team handle business enquiries, assign conversations and follow up with customers.
How it works
Authorized staff sign in with their phone number and password. The inbox owner can assign a conversation to a teammate, who can then review it, add internal notes and reply. The owner retains access to all conversations.
Unassigned conversations stay in the main inbox. When busy mode is enabled, new conversations can be routed to a selected teammate.
Current availability
This is the separate LBS Connect reviewer sandbox. It contains fictional conversations and accounts. Replies stay inside this sandbox; WhatsApp delivery is disabled. The operational pilot is separate.
