What to include
- Tell us the phone number associated with your WhatsApp conversation or LBS Connect team account.
- Say whether you want a particular conversation, your account, or all information associated with you reviewed for deletion.
- Provide a way for us to reply and verify that the request is yours.
Do not send your password, one-time sign-in code or identity document with the initial request.
What happens next
An authorized administrator will review your request and verify your connection to the information. We may ask for limited additional information needed to avoid deleting another person's records.
We will respond with the outcome, any information that must be retained, and how relevant backup copies are being handled. Requests are handled manually; sending an email does not immediately delete an account or conversation.
What the request covers
This process covers information held in LBS Connect. Removing information here does not remove messages from your own WhatsApp account, another person's device or Meta's systems. A team-account deletion request is separate from simply disabling access to the inbox.
